Bonding Certification Clause Samples
The Bonding Certification clause requires a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to furnish proof that they are properly bonded as a condition of performing work under the agreement. This usually involves submitting documentation from a recognized surety company that guarantees financial protection against the contractor’s failure to fulfill contractual obligations. By mandating such certification, the clause ensures that the hiring party is protected from potential losses due to non-performance or misconduct, thereby allocating risk and providing assurance of the contractor’s reliability.
