Bond Servicing Fee. RUS shall be compensated for performing the bond servicing described in this article 12 by deducting from the fee assessed by FFB under paragraph 9 of the Bond and collected by RUS an amount equal to the cost to RUS, as determined by RUS, of performing the bond servicing, provided, however, that the cost to RUS of performing bond servicing for any time period shall not exceed the fee assessed by FFB under paragraph 9 of the Bond for the same time period.
