Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Trustee shall keep or cause to be kept at its corporate trust office in Los Angeles, California, or such other place as designated by the Trustee, sufficient books for the registration of, and registration of transfer of, the Series 2024-B Bonds, which Bond Register shall at all times during regular business hours be open to inspection by the Authority. Upon presentation for registration of transfer, the Trustee shall, as provided herein and under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe subject to the provisions hereof, register or register the transfer of the Series 2024-B Bonds, or cause the same to be registered or cause the registration of the same to be transferred, on such Bond Register.
