Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds, which shall at all times be open to inspection during regular business hours by the Issuer and the Borrower; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on such books, Bonds as hereinbefore provided.

Bond Register. The Trustee Registrar will keep or cause to be kept at its Principal Office sufficient books for the registration and the registration of transfer of the Bonds, which shall at all times times, during regular business hours, be open to inspection during regular business hours by the Issuer Issuer, the Trustee, the Remarketing Agent and the BorrowerCompany; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, Registrar shall under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or the transfer or cause to be registered or transferredthe transfer, on such said books, Bonds as hereinbefore provided.
