BOND COVERAGE REQUIRED. Each party has determined the minimum amount of fidelity bond coverage deemed appropriate to be maintained. This amount is set forth in Exhibit A and each Fund represents and warrants to each of the other parties that the minimum amount of coverage required by Rule 17g-1(d)(1) is not more than reflected in Exhibit A. Each Fund further agrees that its minimum coverage shall not be less than the minimum coverage required by Rule 17g-1(d)(1).
