Bona Fide Request (BFR). 52.1 Through the Bona Fide Request (BFR) process, CLEC may request: (1) access to a Network Element CenturyLink is required to provide under Applicable Law, but such Network Element is new, undefined or otherwise required to be provided but not available under the terms of this Agreement; (2) access to facilities and equipment that are not Currently Available, or to UNEs that are superior or inferior in quality than those that CenturyLink provides to itself; and
