Common use of Boeing Claim Processing Clause in Contracts

Boeing Claim Processing. 6.3.1 All claims must be signed and submitted directly by Customer or its Authorized Agent to Boeing Product Assurance Contracts. 6.3.2 Boeing will promptly review the claim and will give notification of claim approval or rejection. If the claim is rejected, Boeing will provide a written explanation.

In the event of rejection, Customer will have the opportunity to resubmit the claim in accordance with the above procedures if additional information not provided in the initial claim becomes available.
