Body Work Sample Clauses
Body Work. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check all body and paint work. This matter will not be arbitrated. : Paintwork, which may be disclosed on CR (Condition Report), will not be announced in lanes as this is a “visual” item and is the responsibility of the Buyer (except current and newer model years). : Complete color change must be announced on 5 model years and newer - arbitration within seven (7) calendar days of Sale Day.
Body Work. The cab and body shall be inspected for damage and imperfections. Minor dents, and scratches shall be filled, smoothed and sealed. Minor cracks shall be re welded, ground and sealed. Surface rust shall be treated and sealed. Major body work and corrosions shall be identified and reported to the Purchaser.
Body Work. Scratches through the metal and scratches or dents over and inch in length or diameter. However rusted areas resulting form road salt or salt air less than one and half inch in diameter will not be considered abnormal wear and tear.
