BOCC IP Sample Clauses

BOCC IP. Ownership of IP created solely by one or more persons who are employees of the BOCC (“BOCC IP”) shall be owned by the BOCC. The University will be provided a non-exclusive, unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the BOCC IP for any purpose to further the Project defined in this Agreement, but without the right to sublicense.
