Common use of Board Training Clause in Contracts

Board Training. In addition to the training described in Section III.C.1, within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board shall receive training regarding the corporate governance responsibilities of board members and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program.
