On , 2010 the Board, having received the Planning Commission’s final recommendation, held a public hearing on this Agreement pursuant to the Development Agreement Statute and Chapter 56. Following the public hearing, the Board made the CEQA Findings required by CEQA and approved this Agreement, incorporating by reference the General Plan Consistency Findings.
