Blue Stake. Company and its Contractor(s) shall comply with A.R.S. §§ 40-360.21 through 40- 360.32 by participating as a member of the Arizona Blue Stake Center with the necessary records and persons to provide location service of Company’s underground Facilities upon receipt of a locate call or as promptly as possible, but in no event later than two working days. A copy of the agreement or proof of membership shall be filed with the City Engineer.
