Common use of Blue Sky Fees Clause in Contracts

Blue Sky Fees. All fees and expenses (i) of filing documentation to permit the offer and sale of shares of the Trust or the Funds, as appropriate, under the securities laws of various states and jurisdictions and (ii) of maintaining the registration and qualification of the Trust or the Funds, as appropriate, under all other laws applicable to the Trust or the Funds, as appropriate, or its business activities.

Blue Sky Fees.
