Blocking Services Clause Samples
The Blocking Services clause defines the circumstances under which a service provider may temporarily suspend or restrict access to certain services. Typically, this clause outlines specific triggers such as non-payment, security threats, or violations of terms that justify blocking the service, and may describe the process for notifying the affected party and restoring access once the issue is resolved. Its core practical function is to protect the service provider from ongoing risk or misuse while providing a clear framework for managing service interruptions.
