Block Release Cancellation. Apprentices shall give reasonable notice as early as possible (no less than four (4) weeks prior to the training) if any inability to attend arises. The company will assess each such request on a case-by-case basis to determine if legitimate and the outcome of who will and how much will need to be paid by the employee for any cancellation fees and changes to schedules.
