Common use of Blanket Period Clause in Contracts

Blanket Period. If the certificate covers multiple shipments, indicate the blanket period up to one year. “From” is the date when certificate becomes applicable. “To” is the date the certificate expires. Goods coming in outside the blanket period specified will not be eligible to claim NAFTA tariff treatment. This field may be left blank when shipping for one time only.
