Blackboard Clause Samples
The "Blackboard" clause establishes a shared platform or system for parties to post, share, and access information relevant to their agreement or collaboration. Typically, this clause outlines how updates, notices, or documents are communicated, specifying who can post, what types of information are appropriate, and how access is managed. By centralizing communications and documentation, the clause ensures transparency, reduces miscommunication, and provides a clear record of exchanges between parties.
