Black Start Test. 13.5.1 The Power Plant shall prepare its plan for black start and amend it every year according to the requirements of the power grid and the actual situation of the plant. Such plan shall be filed to the dispatching center for record.

Black Start Test. The Black Start Test will only apply to a plant where this Agreement requires the plant to be Black Start capable. A Black Start capable plant shall undergo a test which demonstrates its capability to synchronise at least sixty per cent (60%) of the Units installed within a time period of thirty (30) minutes following a Despatch Instruction from Purchaser when the plant has been disconnected from the Purchaser Systems for at least one (1) hour prior to the Despatched Instruction.   • Performance Testing 7.2.1 The Design-Builder shall direct and supervise the tests and, if necessary, the retests of the Plant using Design-Builder’s supervisory personnel and the Air Emissions Tester shall conduct the air emissions test, in each case, in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Exhibit A (the “Performance Tests”), to demonstrate, at a minimum, compliance with the Performance Guarantee Criteria. Owner is responsible for obtaining Air Emissions Tester and for ensuring Air Emissions Tester’s timely performance. Design-Builder shall cooperate with the Air Emissions Tester to facilitate performance of all air emissions tests. Design-Builder shall not be held responsible for the actions of Owner’s employees and third parties involved in the Performance Testing, including but not limited to Air Emissions Tester.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Non-EBT devices may be used for initial screening tests. A screening test will be conducted first. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 or more, a second confirmation test will be conducted. Levels of .04 or greater on the confirmation test will be considered positive.

  • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.

  • Acceptance Test 7.1 Before delivering the Goods or Articles upon completion of the Services, the Seller shall carefully inspect and test them for compliance with the Specification. The Seller shall, if required by the Buyer, give the Buyer reasonable notice of such test and the Buyer shall be entitled to be represented thereat. The test shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Acceptance Test”.

  • Stability Testing Patheon may be requested to conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees and during the time periods set out in Schedule C to a Product Agreement. Patheon will not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from Client. If a confirmed stability test failure occurs, Patheon will notify Client within one Business Day, after which Patheon and Client will jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the cause of the failure, including which party will bear the cost of the investigation. Patheon will not be liable for these costs unless it has failed to perform the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications, cGMPs, and Applicable Laws. Patheon will give Client ail stability test data and results at Client’s request.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Polygraph Tests The Employer agrees that polygraph or similar lie detector tests will not be used.

  • Substance Abuse Testing The Parties agree that it is in the best interest of all concerned to promote a safe working environment. The Union has no objection to pre-employment substance abuse testing when required by the Employer and further, the Union has no objection to voluntary substance abuse testing to qualify for employment on projects when required by a project owner. The cost and scheduling of such testing shall be paid for and arranged by the Employer. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for any failed pre-access Alcohol and Drug test costs.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.
