BLAB Information Sample Clauses

BLAB Information. The Exchanging Shareholder acknowledges that BLAB has made available to it the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from BLAB’s officers and directors concerning the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the business and financial condition of BLAB, and the Exchanging Shareholder has received to its satisfaction, such information about the business and financial condition of BLAB and the terms and conditions of the Agreement as it has requested. The Exchanging Shareholder has carefully considered the potential risks relating to BLAB and acquiring the Exchange Shares, has engaged his or her own financial and legal representation, if so desired, and fully understands that such securities are speculative investments, which involve a high degree of risk of loss of the Exchanging Shareholder and his, her or its entire investment.
