Bipartite Relationship Framework Sample Clauses

The Bipartite Relationship Framework clause establishes the formal structure and rules governing the direct relationship between two parties in an agreement. It typically outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations each party has toward the other, and may specify how communications, decision-making, or dispute resolution are to be handled exclusively between them. This clause ensures that the agreement is clearly limited to the two named parties, preventing unintended involvement of third parties and providing a clear framework for managing their interactions and resolving issues.
