BioNTech Intellectual Property. All BioNTech Technology and Research and Development Program Technology, Controlled by BioNTech immediately prior to such BioNTech Change of Control shall continue to be BioNTech Technology and Research and Development Program Technology licensed to Pfizer for purposes of this Agreement.
