Bioavailability Testing’ Phase. (i) Distributor will work with Company to conduct a standard bioavailability, HPLC test on the RYAH inhaler to determine how many mg of THC is inhaled per ml of vapor. The details of the procedure, including sample size, test parameters, equipment used, findings and report publishing will be negotiated between the parties. (ii) RYAH will be the sole provider of Device and Cartridges to Distributor. Distributor will be the sole sourcing of flower and distribution for the RYAH cartridges for the Testing phase.
