Successors and Assigns Subject to applicable securities laws, this Warrant and the rights and obligations evidenced hereby shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and permitted assigns of the Company and the successors and permitted assigns of Holder. The provisions of this Warrant are intended to be for the benefit of any Holder from time to time of this Warrant and shall be enforceable by the Holder or holder of Warrant Shares.
Agreement Binding Upon Successors and Assigns This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, assigns, executors, trustees or other legal representatives, but the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder may not be Transferred or delegated except as provided in this Agreement and any attempted Transfer or delegation thereof that is not made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be void.
Binding on Successors and Assigns This Agreement shall be binding upon the Senior Representatives, the Senior Secured Parties, the Second Priority Representatives, the Second Priority Debt Parties, the Borrower, the other Grantors party hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
Successors and Assigns; Parties in Interest (a) This Agreement shall be binding upon: the Seller and its successors and assigns (if any); and the Purchaser and its successors and assigns (if any). This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of: the Seller; the Purchaser; the other Indemnitees; and the respective successors and assigns (if any) of the foregoing.
Binding Upon Successors and Assigns Subject to, and unless otherwise provided in, this Agreement, each and all of the covenants, terms, provisions, and agreements contained herein shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors, executors, heirs, representatives, administrators and assigns of the parties hereto.
HEIRS AND ASSIGNS It is agreed and understood that all covenants of this lease shall succeed to and be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and, except as provided herein, assigns of the parties hereto, but nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to allow the Tenant to transfer or assign this lease in violation of any term hereof.
Binding Agreement; Successors and Assigns All covenants and agreements in this Agreement by the Issuer shall bind its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not. All agreements of the Secured Party, the Servicer or the Intermediary in this Agreement shall bind their respective successors, co-trustees and agents.
Heirs, Successors and Assigns Each and all of the covenants, terms, provisions and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
Binding This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
Successors and Assignees The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties, any subsequent owner of all or any portion of the Property and their respective Transferees, successors and assignees.
