Binding Statement Clause Samples
A Binding Statement clause establishes that the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement are legally enforceable and obligate the parties to comply. In practice, this clause confirms that both parties have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the contract, often requiring signatures or other formal acknowledgments. Its core function is to ensure that the agreement is not merely a statement of intent but a legally binding commitment, thereby providing certainty and enforceability for all involved parties.
