Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment. This Guaranty shall be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors, transferees and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Administrative Agent, each other Lender Party and their respective successors, transferees and assigns permitted by Section 10.04 of the Credit Agreement.
