Common use of Binding Obligations, Etc Clause in Contracts

Binding Obligations, Etc. this Guarantee has been duly executed and delivered by the Guarantor to the Lender without condition and constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Guarantor enforceable against the Guarantor in accordance with its terms, except as enforceability may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally or general principles of equity.
