Binding Effect; No Borrower Assignment. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Borrower and Lender and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, provided however Borrower may not assign its rights or interests in this Agreement without the prior consent of Lender, which may be withheld in Lender’s discretion as provided in the Mortgage.
