Binding Effect and Severability. This Release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the parties, their respective heirs, permitted assigns, successors in interest and legal representatives. Neither this Release nor any of the rights or obligations hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of all the parties hereto.
