Common use of Binding Effect and Severability Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect and Severability. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their respective heirs, successors, assigns, legal representatives, transferees and receivers. If a provision of this Agreement is rendered invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect or modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement.
