Binding Effect and Benefits. This Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement that are for the Purchaser’s benefit will inure to the benefit of all permitted transferees of the Securities, and the applicable provisions of this Agreement that bind the Purchaser will bind all transferees of the Securities. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or will confer any rights or remedies on any Person other than the parties hereto, permitted transferees of the Securities, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
