This Bill of Sale shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, the Parties and their respective legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns. Neither this Bill of Sale, nor any term or provision hereof, may be amended, modified, superseded or cancelled except by an instrument in writing signed by each Party hereto.
