Common use of Binding Document Clause in Contracts

Binding Document. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the parties hereto where permitted by this Agreement. This Agreement is binding at execution. The individuals executing this Agreement on behalf of Company personally warrant that they have full authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the entity for whom they are acting herein.
