Common use of Binding Commitments Clause in Contracts

Binding Commitments. The California General Partnership shall not make any material commitments or representations to any applicable government authorities, any adjoining or surrounding property owners, any civic association, any utility or any other similar person or entity that would in any manner be binding upon the Delaware Limited Partnership or the Property without PGP-TG's prior written consent in each case.
