Common use of Binding Commitments Clause in Contracts

Binding Commitments. The Partnership shall not make any commitments or representations to any applicable government authorities, any adjoining or surrounding property owners, any civic association, any utility or any other similar person or entity that would in any manner be binding upon Transferee or the Property without Transferee's prior consent, except such agreements that would not have a material adverse effect on the Property.
