Binding Awards Sample Clauses
Binding Awards. The arbitrators shall set forth in writing their findings of fact and conclusions of Law and shall render their award based thereon. The Parties agree that, as applicable, the award of a sole arbitrator, or a majority of the arbitrators shall become final and binding upon each of them on the thirtieth (30th) day following delivery to the Parties, and that, thereafter judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Binding Awards. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding on the parties unless either party files exceptions with the Federal Labor Relations Authority, under the regulations prescribed by the Authority. However, any adverse action appeals shall be presented to the appropriate appellate jurisdiction.
