You have reviewed the related prospectus and this Award Agreement in their entirety, have had an opportunity to obtain the advice of counsel prior to accepting the Option and fully understand all provisions of the related prospectus and Award Agreement. You agree to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Committee upon any questions relating to the Plan and Award Agreement.
