Binary Software Products. After the Effective Date, 3Dlabs shall deliver to Licensee a master copy of the Binary Software Products licensed under this Agreement for use with such 3Dlabs Chip Product, in object code format and applicable Documentation. 3Dlabs shall deliver the foregoing in electronic files or disk format, at 3Dlabs' option.
