BILLS AND CLAIMS. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for all bills for labor, materials, equipment, and fuel and any other items which are incurred in providing the services outlined below. The Town will not pay such bills.
BILLS AND CLAIMS. Pay in full at or prior to Closing all bills and claims for labor performed and materials furnished to Contributor, Owner or the SPE Entities for the benefit of the Property during the period preceding the Closing Date.
