Billing – General. 13.3.1 The Company shall, in accordance with the Code of Virginia and applicable local ordinances, be responsible for the calculation, collection and remittance of the Electric Utility Consumption Tax and the Local Utility Tax. 13.3.2 The SO will be responsible for paying any Commission-approved charges.
