Billing for SS7. The Parties agree that Verizon shall ▇▇▇▇ and RCN shall pay the rates and charges specified in Verizon’s applicable access Tariffs for those SS7 facilities and SS7 links provided to RCN by Verizon, including without limitation those facilities identified in Exhibit B hereto. Section VII A. (Signaling and Databases, STP Port) of Exhibit A (Detailed Schedule of Itemized Charges) in Amendment No. 3 is deleted.
