Common use of Billing Estimates/Time Frames Clause in Contracts

Billing Estimates/Time Frames. For this agreement the fire season will start November 1 and consist of all incidents that occur through October 31 of the following year. The billing Agency shall submit a ▇▇▇▇ for reimbursement no later than December 1 for the previous fire season, including an itemized list of expenditures. If the total cost is not known at the time of this billing, an estimate or a partial ▇▇▇▇, so identified, may be submitted. A final ▇▇▇▇ will be issued by February 28 of the following calendar year. To expedite payment between agencies quarterly ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be sent when feasible.
