Billing Changes Clause Samples
The Billing Changes clause defines the process and conditions under which adjustments to billing terms, rates, or methods may be made during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how and when a party must notify the other of any intended changes to billing, such as price increases, new fees, or modifications to invoicing schedules. Its core function is to ensure transparency and provide both parties with a clear procedure for handling billing modifications, thereby reducing disputes and maintaining predictable financial arrangements.
Billing Changes. It is the responsibility of the property owner, account holder, or authorized designee to advise the Town to whom and to what address bills are to be sent (e.g. new owner or renter). A Utility Billing Change Form is available from Town Hall for any changes that are necessary to an account. Only an account holder or authorized party can request changes to billing information and statuses.
Billing Changes. We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification by email. Quoted fees include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.
Billing Changes. Cogcentric may change the fees charged for the Service at any time, provided that, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of Client’s Subscription. Quoted fees do not include sales or other transaction-based taxes of any kind.
