Billing agents. (a) We may bill you using a billing agent (which may be a related company). (b) Payment to our billing agent constitutes payment to us. (c) Failure to pay our billing agent constitutes failure to pay us. 72. Calls to Mobiles (a) Our prices for calls to mobile phones are always quoted on the basis that the mobile telephone you are calling has its home network in Australia and is located in Australia when you call. (b) We cannot necessarily know when a mobile telephone is outside its home network. If it is, extra Charges may apply.

Billing agents. We may bill you using a billing agent (which may be a related company).

Billing agents. If Customer wishes to use a third party agent to directly receive from iconectiv and remit payment to iconectiv for Customer invoices and all amounts that may be due under the Agreement (the “Billing Agent”), then Customer must send to iconectiv a signed letter of agency that identifies and appoints the Billing Agent for purposes of directly receiving from iconectiv and remit payment to iconectiv for Customer invoices and all amounts that may be due under the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer’s appointment of a Billing Agent shall not relieve Customer of its payment obligations under the Agreement and Customer shall remain responsible for the payment of all amounts due under the Agreement, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. Customer may revoke Billing Agent’s appointment at any time by providing iconectiv with thirty (30) days prior written notice of such revocation.

Billing agents. Billing agents are companies or individuals who submit electronic files to TMHP on behalf of the provider. Using a billing agent means that the provider uses a product that sends billing or other information to the billing agent who processes it and then transmits it to TMHP and other institutions. TMHP has no information on the software or other requirements of billing agents. Providers should contact the billing agent to obtain information about their products and processes and to obtain their Submitter ID to complete the Request for Electronic Services. TMHP will never give out a billing agent’s Submitter ID.
