Billboard. A. The Billboard Sponsor agrees to pay the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty ($750.) Dollars to OVYL in consideration for the OVYL making arrangements for the fabrication and installation of one (1) billboard measuring four (4) feet by eight (8) feet (the “Billboard”) to be displayed on the Youth League Field for a three (3) year duration (the “Contract Duration”) beginning 2020. Once contract is received, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Letterin’ will assist with the billboard design, which will be approved by the Billboard Sponsor prior to creation. B. Billboard Sponsor agrees that in the event it seeks to make any changes to the Billboard during the Contract Duration, the cost of any changes shall be incurred by the Billboard Sponsor and not OVYL.
