Bidder’s Certifications Sample Clauses
The Bidder’s Certifications clause requires bidders to formally affirm that they meet certain qualifications or comply with specified requirements as part of the bidding process. Typically, this involves the bidder confirming facts such as legal eligibility, financial stability, absence of conflicts of interest, or adherence to ethical standards. By mandating these certifications, the clause helps ensure that only qualified and trustworthy parties participate, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or disqualification later in the procurement process.
