The specified quantities of Column 3 are estimates for Bid purposes only. F.1.3. The sum of Sub-Totals in Column 6 shall determine the Total Bid Price. F.1.4. The Bid Sheet may comprise of multiple pages and all such pages, and fields contained therein, shall be completed by the Bidder in order for the Bid to be responsive. 5.1.2. The Bid prices that the Bidder specifies in Column 4 of the Bid Sheet shall determine each Bid Item Number price. The Bid price for each item shall cover all services, equipment and material required under the Contract including, but not limited to, bandwidth; all fiber connections; all router configuration and/or communication equipment replacement; router and communication equipment maintenance; and NOC monitoring and support services. 5.1.3. The specified quantities of Column 3 are estimates for Bid purposes only. The quantities may increase or decrease from the stated amount but the maximum quantity estimated to be used throughout the course of the contract is 36 months (1095 consecutive calendar days) of service. 5.1.4. The sum of Bid Item Numbers 1 through 5 shall determine the total Bid price however Bid Item Numbers 2 through 5 are applicable only in the event that the Department seeks to exercise the option of increasing the bandwidth base service over the course of the agreement. 5.1.5.
