Bid Procedures Motion. Seller filed its motion for the approval of sale procedures and bid procedures related to the transactions contemplated hereby on May 16, 2008, and an order approving such procedures was entered on May 28, 2008. The bid procedures motions provide for a bid deadline of June 13, 2008, an auction date (if necessary) of June 16, 2008, and a sale hearing date of June 18, 2008. Seller shall seek prompt entry of the Sale Order, and shall at all times continue to prosecute and seek the entry of the Sale Order.
