Common use of Beyond Control Clause in Contracts

Beyond Control. Neither the Manager nor the Trustee shall be responsible to the Trust or any Holder for any loss or damage arising from reasons or causes beyond its control, or the control of any of its employees, including (without limitation) nationalisation, expropriation, currency restrictions, acts of war, terrorism, insurrection, revolution, civil unrest, riots or strikes, nuclear fusion or acts of God.
