Beta Testing and Feedback Sample Clauses

Beta Testing and Feedback. We may from time to time ask you to participate in beta test or similar programs or activities regarding the initial or subsequent releases of TradeStation TradingApp Store and its features and functions, or you make give us feedback or ideas on a solicited or unsolicited basis outside of such programs or activities. You agree that if you participate in any such programs or activities, you will keep strictly confidential all information and materials you receive from us, as well as any and all feedback and ideas you give us, not use any such information or materials in any manner unrelated to, or outside the scope of, the beta test or similar program or activity, and that all feedback and ideas you give us, solicited or unsolicited, and whether or not part of a beta test or similar program or activity, will be the intellectual and proprietary property of solely TradeStation Technologies, and you shall have no claim or right to any compensation of any kind, direct or indirect, relating to TradeStation Technologies’ or its affiliates’ use, sale, licensing, distribution or other commercial exploitation of any such feedback or ideas.
