Advanced Our Advanced ongoing service is available to clients with at least £150,000 to invest, but this minimum is subject to our discretion. The service will consist of the following: • Annual review meeting including the following: o assessment of performance against objectives & benchmark o review of cashflow forecast o review of personal & financial circumstances o identify any changes in goals and aspirations o update risk profile o adjustment of cashflow and financial plans accordingly o review of legislative changes & their impact o tax planning • Comprehensive annual review report encompassing all tax wrappers • Portfolios reviewed on a quarterly basis through our Investment Committee • Access to your valuation at any time via our Client Portal • Consolidated valuation twice yearly using market leading technology • Portfolio Performance measured against relevant benchmarks • Access to Financial Planner by telephone and email Costs of Our Services Initial Services We offer all new clients an initial meeting which is at our expense and without any obligation. This would typically take place in our offices in the City of London Following this first meeting, we will write to you with a personalised engagement letter which confirms the services we can provide and the exact costs of these services. We charge fixed fees for our initial advice, which will be determined by the complexity of the situation and the level of service you require We charge a fee for the advice, which would be payable whether or not you proceed with the recommendation, and a separate implementation fee, if you decide to proceed. If you opted for our Financial Planning Service, there would be a fixed fee ranging from £3,000 upwards, depending on the complexity of the situation. In addition, there would be an implementation fee for setting up a new investment and/or pension product, and this fee would be calculated with reference to the size of the investment. Bespoke. With our Bespoke service, any fund switches or asset rebalancing will be discussed with you beforehand, as will any charges which may be levied by the product provider for undertaking the changes. We will provide six- monthly valuation statements, which will provide the basis for our annual discussions regarding investment performance. Additional valuation statements are available at any time with no additional fee.
